Our kennel name came from our belief that the cornerstone of an excellent breeding program is the quality of the bitches.

breeding philosophy was to emphasize the pivotal role of our breeding bitches with a focus on health, athleticism, and working ability. By preserving the strength of genetics from KNPV working bloodlines, we enhanced our dogs' working capabilities, and ensured these excellent Old Fashioned Bouvier bloodlines continue for generations.

Unfortunately we are no longer breeding any of our wonderful working Bouviers. They were dogs of incredible courage and working ability. We have many great memories of them especially the A, B and C- Alkemi, Ben and Cohl.

Our Bouviers, past and present, were awesome companions.

Videos of our dogs from the past can be found on Youtube channel Herland Bouviers and our current dogs are on the Herland Bouvier Facebook page. We continue to train our Bouviers in multiple dog sports, including IGP, Scent Work, Obedience, and Agility.
